How Can severe Rib Cage Pain Be Treated?

Feeling as if I can t breath from my ribs , a feeling like my rib cage is going to cave in , pain under the right side of my rib and round my back , I have also been bringing up a bit blood every morning for a couple of months I have recently had blood tests and a chest x - ray that have come back clear

Hello,

The severe rib cage pain can be related to a muscle spasm or costochondritis. Usually, mild painkillers in combination with an oral muscle relaxant help in relief.
